Filet of Salmon Sandwich

This simple and delicious sandwich was submitted to Sandwich 365 by:

Ingrédients
2 Fillets of Salmon, cooked and skin removed
2 Pieces garlic/cheese texas toast (toasted to package directions)
1 Handfull of lettuce of choice

1/2 Cup Mayo

1 Sprig of fresh dill

2 Tbls capers

Salt and pepper
Préparation - Assemblée

Combine Mayo capers and dill in a mini-chopper or processor. (Option: chop capers and dill and mix with mayonnaise.) Assemble sandwich with mayo/caper/dill spread and enjoy.

"Mr. Deeds Goes To Town"

In this 1939 Frank Capra film, Longfellow Deeds (Gary Cooper) plays a simple-hearted tuba player who inherits 20 million dollars along with a boatload of problems, so decides to give the money away. Hundreds of people line up at his door as Deeds takes on one recipient at a time until exhausted and hungry. Next in line to recieve his share is Mr. Svenson. Deeds asks Svenson if he can wait a few minutes while he stops to have a quick sandwich. It so happens Svenson is holding a paper bag from which he produces a sandwich and hands to Deeds.
