Salmon Pattie Sliders! A Staple!

Ingredients
2 Cans Canned Salmon
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
2 Tbls Capers, Chopped
1 Tbls Fresh Dill or 1 Tsp Dried Dill
1 Small Onion, diced
1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs or Cracker Crumbs
2 Eggs
3 Tbls Olive Oil
8 Slider Sandwich Roll of Choice
Leafy green lettuce of choice
Tartar Sauce
3/4 Cup Mayo
1 Tbls Chopped Capers
1 Tsp Fresh Dill or 1/2 Tsp of dried
1 Tsp Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Pinch Salt/Pepper
Préparation/Assemblée
Mix together the first nine ingredients. Form into small patties to fit the size of your bread choice. Brown pattie in olive oil over medium heat until golden.
Tartar Sauce
In a small bowl mix together listed ingredients and chill. Assemble sliders to taste.
