The Breakfast Sandwich to End All Breakfast Sandwiches, For Dinner!

We took the BLT with Cheese and Egg Sandwich to another level last night with one more step in the process. We grilled it. So technically, you're looking at the makings of a Grilled Cheese BLT with Avocado and Egg.... YOW!

  1. This sandwich looks sooo freaking good! What kind of bacon did you use?

  2. I used thick sliced bacon, cooked slowly over a medium/high heat and done crispy.

    Tip:
    Place cool or room temperature bacon on a cool pan and let it heat up in the pan. Your bacon won't shrink half as much.
