French Batard Panini!

2 Slices French Batard Bread (or bread of choice)
1 Tbls butter or favored spread
1 Package fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
1 Slice Jarlsberg Cheese
1 Slice Jack Cheese
2 Slices of rotisserie chicken breast
1 Tsp Olive oil
1 Dash seasoning salt
1/2 Fresh Jalapeno pepper cut in rounds
Préparation ~ Assemblée
Saute mushrooms in olive oil and seasoning salt, remove from pan and set aside. Butter both pieces of bread on each side. Place cheese slices atop one another onto the bottom half of the bread. Place sauteed mushrooms atop the cheese. Add a row of fresh Jalapeno pepper wheels atop the mushrooms, close sandwich and grill or use Panini press. Serves 1 very hungry person or 2 moderately hungry people!
