Use boneless, tenderized loin chop
Dip in sweet-milk batter that has been seasoned with salt and pepper
Pan fry over medium heat in lightly greased saute pan for
8 minutes each side until golden and crispy
Remove from pan and let Cool for 6 Minutes
Place loin chop on your favorite home made biscuit and eat!
Condiments are optional with this sandwich
If the chop is cooked properly, it doesn't really need any
to melt in your mouth.
