Ingrédients
2 Fillets of Salmon, cooked and skin removed
2 Pieces garlic/cheese texas toast (toasted to package directions)
1 Handfull of lettuce of choice
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Sprig of fresh dill
2 Tbls capers
Salt and pepper

Combine Mayo capers and dill in a mini-chopper or processor. (Option: chop capers and dill and mix with mayonnaise.) Assemble sandwich with mayo/caper/dill spread and enjoy.
