Seared Ahi with Mayosabi Sandwich

Use French hamburger bun, toasted
2 Good size pieces of fresh Ahi Tuna (approx 1/4 lb each)
5 Tbls Mayo mixed with 1 Tbls wasabi paste
1 Tbls Wasabi Paste for tuna2
Leaves of leafy green lettuce
1 Small Tomato
1 Pickling Cucumber
2 Tbls olive oil
1 Tsp sesame seeds
3 Tbls Soy Sauce
In a large skillet bring olive oil to a very high heat
Drizzle both sides tuna with soy sauce and paint lightly with 1 Tbls wasabi paste
Sprinkle lightlly with sesami seeds
Place tuna in hot oil and sear each side quickly (approx 30 seconds each side)
Remove from heat
Assemble sandwich using wasabi and mayo mixture, lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and tuna. Enjoy, Sam
