Croissant de Filet - Tenderloin!

Submitted by DS

Ingrédients
Zuccini
Yellow squash
Onion
Olive oil
Fresh garlic
Seasoning salt
Pork tenderloin
Onion soup mix
Croissant or choice of bread

Préparation - Assemblée
DS says: I grilled some zucchini, yellow squash and onions in a little olive oil, garlic, seasoning salt. Put that with sliced pork tenderloin that I cooked in a slow cooker with a package of onion soup mix and put it on a croissant.

I think a different type of bread would have been better because the croissant was a little too light and got soggy. I almost bought a very heavy loaf of bread at the bakery instead of the croissants but then changed my mind – I should have gone with the heavy loaf
. Merci beaucoup, DS .. Of course I am partial to the Croissant, soggy or no! Sam
